What’s in store for the UK property sector in 2023?

Join us with our partners to explore different topics around the property market from residential to commercial; updates on landlords and tennants rights and a general overview of the market for 2023.

This month we will be joined by Nathan McLoughlin, MD at McLoughlin Planning, Nick Southwell, Partner at Willans LLP, solicitor specialising in property litigation and Alasdair Garbutt, Partner and head of real estate at Willans LLP.

Nathan will talk about the reform of the planning system and why people should continue with projects and not just put everything on the back burner. Alasdair will share a brief insight on up & coming developments in commercial real estate for 2023 including overseas entities and the Land Registry, minimum energy efficiency standards, charity land, business leases and rates plus an update on mobile phone masts and telecomms equipment and Nick will update us on “issues for landlords and tenants in 2023”.
