We are delighted to be able to celebrate International Women’s Day in person this year with our ‘Inspiring Women in Business’ event at St Edwards School, Cheltenham celebrating excellence in business and best practice.

Gemma is Merchandising Director for both Menswear and Womenswear at Superdry, with a demonstrated history of working for the biggest retail groups from Value chain to Mid market to Brand. Driving all the key product areas from Womenswear to Accessories, Kidswear and Menswear.

Nicola Bird | Founder & Managing Director & Natalie King  | Founder & Operations Director |  AccXel Construction School

Nicola and Natalie talk about smashing the perceived barriers of Culture, Diversity, and Inclusion within the Construction Sector and how they have built AccXel, a revolutionary centre of excellence for the construction sector.

Kirsty Day |  Director of Recovery  |  Nelson Trust

Kirsty is Director of Recovery Services at The Nelson Trust. Her role focuses on the whole client experience through Residential Services and into the Hub Enterprises.

A Griffins research fellowship graduate, she has developed a range of specialist programmes and has devised interventions and pathways in community and residential services for women who sell sex. She has been instrumental in championing service delivery change in Trauma Informed approaches at The Nelson Trust.

Grace Baker and Mandy Biddell from Spirax Sarco will talk about the Spirax Sarco inclusion commitments, what they are and how they are delivering positive impacts for colleagues, especially women in business.  Also updates on what Spirax are doing to support menopause in the workplace, how important it is for everyone to have a greater awareness and understanding of the menopause. Wellbeing in the workplace is high on the agenda for Spirax Sarco and Grace and Mandy with share best practice, with valuable insights and take aways.
